As part of the 3rd Annual Community Day of Service (CDOS 2026), nonprofits and charities are invited to participate in our Nonprofit & Charity Fair—a unique opportunity to share your mission, recruit volunteers, and collect donations that directly support your work.

• 8:00 – 9:00 am: Breakfast

• 8:00 – 11:00 am: Non-Profit Fair

• 9:00 – 9:30 am: Opening Ceremonies

• 9:30 – 11:30 am: Service projects at multiple locations

 

What’s Included

• Free continental breakfast

• A free space to set up your table, booth, chairs, and shade structure.

• The opportunity to engage with more than 1,500 community volunteers and attendees.

• Promotion through the City of Henderson website and Community Day of Service social media channels.

• The chance to recruit volunteers, raise awareness, and collect monetary or in-kind donations for your organization.

• Participation in an official America250, National 9/11 Day of Service, and Community Day of Service (CDOS 2026) event.

 

Donation Drive

Please bring one or more clearly labeled donation bins along with a simple list of 3–4 most-needed items to help attendees easily support your organization.

 

Community Leaders 

The event will include invited elected officials, civic leaders, and public safety representatives, including the Mayor and City Council of Henderson, the Mayor of Boulder City, the Clark County Commission, the Henderson Police Department, the Henderson Fire Department, and other community leaders.
