12 Organizations at Our First Nonprofit & Charity Fair

$4,330 Raised + Matching Funds to Support Local Organizations Serving the Homeless

This year brought more projects, more partners, more faith communities, greater youth participation, and stronger support from our cities and first responders than ever before. From service projects and donation drives to youth-led car washes and our first Nonprofit & Charity Fair, CDOS 2026 showed what can happen when an entire community chooses to serve together.

STRONGER TOGETHER

The 3rd Annual Community Day of Service was our largest and most impactful yet, bringing together more than 2,000 volunteers and participants across Clark County. Together, our community contributed an estimated 5,000+ volunteer hours through 27 service projects at 16 locations.

CDOS 2026 also marked several exciting firsts. Our inaugural Nonprofit & Charity Fair brought together 12 local organizations, while participation expanded among faith communities, first responders, civic leaders, local businesses, and sports teams.

Youth played an important role this year, organizing two community car washes that raised $1,732 to support organizations serving people experiencing homelessness. With matching support from American Family Insurance, that impact grew to $4,330 for three local organizations.

The event also welcomed greater participation from the Henderson and Boulder City Police and Fire Departments, local and state leaders, football teams, and community organizations, demonstrating just how powerful service can be when people from different backgrounds come together for a common purpose.

More than the numbers, CDOS 2026 was about connection, neighbors helping neighbors, organizations discovering new supporters, young people learning the value of service, and an entire community choosing to make a difference.

Thank you to every volunteer, nonprofit, faith community, business, first responder, civic leader, sponsor, and supporter who helped make CDOS 2026 an extraordinary success.
